For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Do you want to lead the affiliate function in an international iGaming company?
We are looking for an experienced Head of Affiliates who can build strategy, develop strong partner relationships, and scale profitable affiliate programs across top markets.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with top affiliates, partners, and industry leaders.
Analyze performance metrics, forecast ROI, and set KPIs to improve the effectiveness of affiliate campaigns.
Manage and optimize CPA and Revenue Share models, ensuring partner growth and retention.
Represent the company at international conferences and business meetings, building strategic alliances and strengthening the brand.
Collaborate closely with marketing, analytics, content, and product teams to achieve shared goals.
Monitor market trends and implement innovations within the affiliate program.
Lead and manage the affiliate team, developing expertise and improving performance of each team member.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
Requirements
4+ years of experience in affiliate marketing within iGaming, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of CPA and Revenue Share models with proven ROI growth results.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
A leader who can inspire a team and build trusted relationships with partners.
Experience representing a company publicly and conducting high-level negotiations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Fluent English (mandatory).
Russian from B2.
Willingness to travel internationally and attend conferences.
