Business Analyst

• Experience: 3+ years as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst.

• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to understand complex business processes, identify issues, and propose effective solutions.

• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and effectively convey requirements to the development team.

• Requirements Management: Proficiency in eliciting, documenting, and managing both functional and non-functional requirements.

• Technical Understanding:

• Solid grasp of APIs, their functionality, and their role in system integrations.

• Ability to understand data structures and map data across systems to ensure seamless integration.

• Modeling & Notations: Familiarity with UML and BPMN.

• Problem-Solving: A structured, process-driven, and results-oriented approach to addressing challenges.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with key stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine business requirements, advising on potential opportunities and risks.

• Requirements Analysis & Documentation:

• Analyze and document business needs, translating them into clear, actionable requirements (e.g., user stories, use cases).

• Maintain and update relevant documentation, including BRDs, requirement specifications, user manuals, and maintenance guides.

• Collaboration & Communication:

• Work with Product Manager, Project Managers and technical teams to review and approve user stories.

• Present user stories to the development team, clarifying ambiguities and updating them as needed.

• Quality Assurance Support: Collaborate with QA teams in test case preparation and product testing.

• Product Knowledge & Continuous Improvement:

• Maintain a deep understanding of the products and applications within your domain to identify potential enhancements and risks.

• Share knowledge across departments to promote best practices and the adoption of advanced technologies.
