  • Experience: 3+ years as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst.

  • Requirements Analysis & Documentation:

  • Analyze and document business needs, translating them into clear, actionable requirements (e.g., user stories, use cases).

  • Maintain and update relevant documentation, including BRDs, requirement specifications, user manuals, and maintenance guides.

  • Collaboration & Communication:

  • Work with Product Manager, Project Managers and technical teams to review and approve user stories.

  • Present user stories to the development team, clarifying ambiguities and updating them as needed.

  • Quality Assurance Support: Collaborate with QA teams in test case preparation and product testing.

  • Product Knowledge & Continuous Improvement:

  • Maintain a deep understanding of the products and applications within your domain to identify potential enhancements and risks.

  • Share knowledge across departments to promote best practices and the adoption of advanced technologies.
